The Poshan Abhiyan has enabled real-time digital monitoring of over 14 lakh Anganwadi centres and nearly 9 crore beneficiaries using tools like the Poshan Tracker app. Over 150 crore activities have been conducted under its Jan Andolan model, focusing on nutrition, community participation, and improved service delivery through a multi-sectoral approach.
