PM Narendra Modi on Monday said that Congress' Bhopal Lok Sabha candidate Digvijaya Singh not casting his vote on Sunday is a sign of Congress' arrogance. "[Digvijaya] didn't care about democracy, he was only thinking about himself," he added. PM Modi further said that not voting is a sin and Digvijaya is setting a wrong example for first-time voters.
