DIIs buy Indian stocks worth ₹1 lakh cr in October, set new record

Domestic institutional investors (DII) invested in Indian stocks worth over ₹1 lakh crore in October. This marks their highest monthly purchase on record. Notably, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) continued to sell in the month of October, with their outflows standing at ₹85,000 crore. So far in 2024, DIIs have invested in Indian stocks worth ₹4.41 lakh crore.
