Dilapidated building in Karol Bagh raises safety concerns

Weeks after the Satya Niketan building collapse, another visibly dilapidated complex in Karol Bagh has raised concerns over occupants' safety. After receiving tip offs about alleged official neglect and growing encroachments, The Tribune conducted a ground check. The upper floors of a building on Arya Samaj Road were found in a precarious condition above a commercial space.
