Online restaurant reservation platform Dineout has acquired Bangalore-based inResto, a plug and play restaurant management suite, for an undisclosed sum. The entire seven member team of inResto will be joining Dineout's team in Bangalore as per the deal. The acquisition will ensure that restaurants get one dashboard to manage different functions, the company said.
