His last professional game was for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Eliminator of the 2024 IPL, while his last match for India was in the 2022 T20 World Cup. Karthik's career spanned 22 years, during which he played 167 first-class games, 260 List A matches and 401 T20s.
