RCB batting coach and mentor Dinesh Karthik has lauded the role IPL has played among Indian players. He feels that the tournament has brought a winning mentality among all the players. "IPL has brought out a winning mentality in all our players," he said. Karthik also recognised the role Glenn McGrath played in his career during his initial IPL days.
