The Greater Noida authority on Friday approved a 14-km Metro link that will directly connect Delhi and Greater Noida via the Blue Line. Although the link will be a part of the Delhi Metro network, it will reportedly be built by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation and funded by the Noida authority. The project is expected to cost ₹1,500-2,000 crore.
