Film director Sujoy Ghosh has approached the Supreme Court to quash a copyright infringement case over the script of his film "Kahaani 2". It was alleged that the script was stolen from another script, "Sabak". Ghosh denied the allegations, saying Kahaani 2 script was written and registered much before Sabak.
