North Korea's recent "outrage" over leaflets launched from South Korea was sparked by "dirty, insulting" depictions of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's wife, Russian Ambassador to North Korea Alexander Matsegora said. The imagery of North Korea's First Lady Ri Sol Ju was photoshopped "in such a low-grade way" that it served as "the last straw" for the country, he added.
