Chat platform Discord has filed confidentially for an initial public offering in the US, Bloomberg reported. The company is working with Goldman Sachs Group and JPMorgan Chase on a listing, but could also decide against going public as deliberations are ongoing. Discord was valued at around $15 billion in a 2021 funding round.
