HCL Technologies Chairperson Roshni Nadar said diversity without inclusion is a "big trap" that many organisations get into. She said having a particular number of women is not useful if they are not included enough in the team. "A lot of times, you start ticking off boxes and metrics, but the experience is not that great," she added.
