The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) urged National Commission for Women (NCW) to take action against filmmaker Naresh Kuppili for misbehaving with actress Divyabharathi. Highlighting need for transparent, independent and trustworthy mechanism, AICWA demanded formation of a committee, chaired by retired female judge, dedicated to hearing complaints from women in the film industry.
