Donna Karan International, the parent company of the Donna Karan and DKNY brands under LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton since 2000, is set to be acquired by G-III Apparel Group for $650 million. The deal is expected to close in late 2016. Notably, this is the second time in its almost 30-year history that LVMH is selling a fashion brand.
