DMK councillor abuses CM Vijay in senior leaders' presence on stage; TVK hits back

DMK councillor Sudha Dheena Dayalan sparked a controversy by abusing Tamil Nadu CM Vijay at a party event, as Chennai Mayor Priya Rajan laughed and MP Kanimozhi appeared uncomfortable. She even compared Vijay's appearance to a "dead body" while defending MK Stalin. TVK MLA Kanimozhi Santhosh asked whether the leadership of the "so-called traditional party", DMK, encouraged such personal attacks.
