The DMK has rejected former ally VCK's proposal to bring Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), led by actor-turned-politician Joseph Vijay, into the INDIA bloc together, Hindustan Times reported. DMK MP Ganapathy accused Congress of "backstabbing" the party by aligning with TVK, while DMK leader TKS Elangovan said, "He calls the DMK his political enemy. How can we be there?"
