DMK to file ₹1-cr defamation suit against TVK leaders over Veeramani POCSO case

Madras High Court has allowed the DMK to file ₹1-crore defamation suit against TVK leaders Aadhav Arjuna and CTR Nirmal Kumar and party's IT wing over allegations concerning Tamil Nadu businessman R Veeramani’s POCSO case. The DMK alleged that they accused the party of shielding Veeramani in the case, registered under the POCSO Act during its previous term in government.
