DNA test turns former car salesman into Belgian prince after 99.5% match

Former car salesman Clément Vandenkerckhove has become a Belgian prince after Prince Laurent, younger brother of King Philippe, legally recognised him as his son. A DNA test confirmed Laurent was Clément's biological father with a 99.5% match. Clément's mother is Belgian singer Wendy Van Wanten, whose real name is Iris Vandenkerckhove. Clément will inherit equally from Laurent's private estate.
