A doctor at a government hospital in Jharkhand's Dhanbad was forced to buy a torch from a nearby paan shop to perform caesarean delivery in the torchlight. The surgery was conducted in torchlight allegedly due to the malfunctioned OT light. Doctors reportedly said that the OT light was not repaired even after the orders of state chief secretary.
