Dr Rudresh Kuttikar, the casualty medical officer at Goa Medical College and Hospital who was pulled up by Goa health minister Vishwajit Rane last week, has rejected Rane's apology. Calling Rane's apology video a studio apology, Dr Rudresh asked him to apologise at the hospital within 24 hours. "If not, we will shut down all services except emergencies." he said.
