Congress leader Rahul Gandhi called alleged suicide of a woman government doctor in Maharashtra "institutionalised murder" and said her death exposes "inhuman" nature of BJP-led government. The doctor was posted in a hospital in Satara. In her suicide note she alleged that police sub-inspector Gopal Badane raped her multiple times, while Prashant Bankar, her landlord's son, mentally harassed her.
