Doctor shares 5 daily habits that can lower the risk of colon cancer

Dr Saurabh Sethi, a US-based gastroenterologist, shared five habits that may significantly help lower colon cancer risk. He recommended routine colonoscopy screening from age 45. Sethi also suggested consuming at least 30 grams of fibre each day. The other suggestions include cutting out processed meat and limiting red meat, at least 30 minutes of movement every day and eliminating alcohol.
