Endocrinologist Dr Sanjay Kalra shared five habits to minimise blood sugar spikes at work. He warned about slouched sitting posture and advised having a chair that supports the back. Eating at the same time regularly, intake of fruits and nuts, moving around in between work, and two minutes of slow breathing to manage stress can help maintain blood sugar levels.
