Longevity expert Dr Vassily Eliopoulos has five habits to help prevent a heart attack and keep heart healthy. Eliopoulos suggested walking after every meal. Second is prioritising Omega-3s and third is adequate sleep as sleeping less than six hours raises risk by up to 200%. Fourth is ditching plastics and fifth is getting the right lab tests done.
