Doctor shares 6 gut-health trends to avoid

Gastroenterologist Dr Saurabh Sethi highlighted six gut-health trends that people should avoid. These are- suddenly increasing fibre intake, boycotting seed oils and cooking everything in fats sourced from animals, drinking raw milk and drinking chlorophyll water. The other trends are BeanTok challenge, wherein participants try to eat two cups of beans every day for 30 days, and parasite cleanses.
