The father of a patient was allegedly operated on instead of the patient at Rajasthan's Kota Medical College. "I met with an accident...I called my father...He's paralysed, and there's no one to look after him...I asked him to sit and wait outside operation theatre," his son said. "I don't know what happened...but there are 5-6 stitches on him," he added.
