Doctors at a hospital in Hyderabad mistakenly left a pair of forceps inside a woman's abdomen during a surgery for hernia in November. The mistake came to light when the woman returned to the hospital on Friday with severe stomach pain. An X-ray of her abdomen revealed that a pair of artery forceps was embedded in her abdomen.
