A complex brain tumour was removed through a 62-year-old man's nasal route at a hospital in Delhi. It had caused a significant loss of vision in both the eyes of the man and he could count fingers only up to a distance of 2 meters. The surgery lasted three hours and involved a near-total excision of the tumour.
