Doctors warn against chuna with dahi for height gain

Consuming chuna (calcium hydroxide) or plaster of Paris (calcium sulfate) with dahi (yogurt) will not increase height, doctors advised. Calcium hydroxide is a strong alkali that can irritate and damage the gastrointestinal tract, and there’s no scientific evidence supporting its use for height increase.
