After Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah denied considering a 4% quota for Muslims in government contracts for civil works, a picture of the document signed by several Congress MLAs asking Siddaramaiah to provide the reservation has surfaced. The document is said to show that the CM signed it and himself asked for Muslim reservation file to be put up on August 31.
