Menopause itself isn't the sole cause of endometrial cancer, but how long your endometrium was exposed to estrogen matters. Dr Neha explains that women who reach menopause later tend to have longer lifetime estrogen exposure, which can increase risk, particularly if other factors like obesity are present.
