Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reacted after PM Narendra Modi said he will address 47th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia virtually. "The reason for PM not going there is clear…He does not want to come face-to-face with President Trump," Jairam said. "Facing [Trump] who has claimed…to have stopped Operation Sindoor…and said…India promised to stop buying Russian oil…quite risky for him," he added.
