Cognizant India CMD Rajesh Nambiar said the company hasn't been affected by the allegations of employee poaching. Infosys reportedly sent a letter to Cognizant over its poaching tactics, while Wipro sued two former executives who joined Cognizant over a contract breach. "There is not going to be a broader industry-wide norm saying you can't hire from each other," Nambiar stated.
