Dog sold for $1.94 million in China

A property developer in China has paid 12 million yuan ($1.94 million) to buy a Tibetan mastiff puppy, which is believed to be the highest price ever paid for a dog in the world. "Pure Tibetan mastiffs are very rare, just like our nationally treasured pandas, so the prices are so high," the breeder said.
