Dogecoin has soared around 14,000% so far this year and has surpassed XRP to become the fourth-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation, according to CoinMarketCap. The cryptocurrency, whose logo is inspired by the Shiba Inu "Doge" meme, currently has a market value of around $80 billion. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance Coin are the top three cryptocurrencies in terms of market value.
