Speaking on 'Life in Seven Songs' podcast, Altman said he used some psychedelics during a weekend retreat in Mexico which changed his life. He added that psychedelic experiences can be "totally incredible". Earlier in 2022, Altman promoted psychedelic medicine companies on X.
