Bangladesh's Foreign Adviser, Md Touhid Hossain has rejected Pakistan's Deputy PM Ishaq Dar's claim that the issues stemming from the 1971 war were "resolved twice", saying that he "doesn't agree" with him. Hossain also sought an apology and financial settlements from Pakistan. Dar said matters were resolved in 1974 and again during former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf's tenure.
