Indian Embassy in Tehran advised Indian nationals not to approach any land border in Iran to travel outside the country. The advisory said movement towards border points should be undertaken only after obtaining guidance from the Embassy. It added that once individuals exit Iranian territory and are unable to enter another country, the Embassy may not be able to help.
