Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said that air pollution crisis in national capital is "legacy problem" and that there is no "jaadu ki chhadi" (magic wand) to fix it instantly. She said pollution control is a continuous process and [BJP] government has accelerated all necessary measures in past 10 months. CM added that lockdown isn't possible in Delhi due to pollution.
