IBM's first female CEO Ginni Rometty said in a Bloomberg interview that she wants her tenure to be defined as IBM's CEO and not "woman CEO". Rometty also said, "IBM’s commitment to diversity goes back a long time", adding that IBM has a policy to ship breast milk for travelling women employees who have just had children.
