Doodhwala users say wallet amount lost after migration to FreshToHome

After being accused of not paying its staff and vendors, milk-delivery startup Doodhwala is facing allegations of lost wallet balance by its customers. Users complained that after Doodhwala transferred customer operations to FreshToHome (FTH), their wallet balance hadn't been transferred like it was supposed to. Some said they weren't able to log into the FTH app using their Doodhwala credentials.
