While addressing a gathering in Telangana ahead of the Assembly polls, Union Home Minister Amit Shah asked the crowd if they knew the meaning of the term double engine government. He said the meaning of the term is "neeche bhi Modi, upar bhi Modi". Shah said PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation of a Central Tribal University during his visit.
