Pet healthcare startup Dr Doodley raised $3.3 million in pre-Series A funding led by V3 Ventures to expand hospitals and scale vet services. The Bengaluru-based company plans new facilities, larger clinical teams, and faster home services as it grows across tier I cities to meet rising demand for organised pet healthcare in India.
