In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Telangana government has transferred 10 IAS officers, giving them new postings. Anita Ramachandran, secretary of Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is the new commissioner for panchayati raj and rural development. Dr E Naveen Nicolas has been posted in her place. The transfer is in the backdrop of efforts to cleanse the TSPSC.
