Duvvuri Subbarao revealed he met Dr Manmohan Singh after becoming RBI Governor in 2008 and Singh told him that people get "immersed in numbers" after going to RBI. "You forget that there are real people behind that. Remember, whatever you do, there are people behind who will get affected," he quoted Dr Manmohan Singh as saying.
