Dr PK Warrier, who helped popularise Ayurveda across the world, died aged 100 at his residence in Kerala's Malappuram district. The Padma Bhushan awardee was the managing trustee of Arya Vaidya Sala (AVS), a charitable institution for the practice and propagation of Ayurveda. Condoling his demise, PM Narendra Modi tweeted, "His contributions to popularise Ayurveda will always be remembered."
