DRDO has successfully flight tested the supersonic capable Rudram-2 Anti-Radiation Missile from a Su-30MKI aircraft off the coast of Odisha today. Rudram are designed to detect, track, and neutralise the enemy radio frequency with objective of Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) which consists of destroying enemy communication systems, surveillance and radar stations, and other EW assets.
