The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) busted a major fertiliser black-marketing racket near Bengaluru, seizing 190 tonnes of subsidised urea worth ₹28 crore. The fertiliser meant for farmers was diverted, repacked and sold illegally in Tamil Nadu at inflated prices. A warehouse owner has been taken into custody and investigations are ongoing.
