The locomotive pilot of a local train that rammed into another train in Hyderabad on November 11 has succumbed to his injuries, doctors stated. L Chandrasekhar was crushed in the driver's cabin following the collision. Authorities, in their preliminary inquiry, concluded that the accident had occurred due to Chandrasekhar's fault as he did not notice a red signal.
