Online automobile marketplace Droom is raising up to $200 million in a pre-IPO growth funding round, the startup said on Wednesday. Droom has closed the first leg of the investment round which has valued the seven-year-old startup at $1.2 billion, it added. With this, Gurugram-based Droom has become the 17th Indian startup to achieve the unicorn status this year.
